We walked the full archive, read every readable document, and moved each file into a clean folder structure that mirrors your Agencies Tracker. Below is the row-by-row picture of where you stand: what's signed, what's expired, what's missing, and what's on the Drive but isn't yet in your registry.
Every file across the five original top-level folders was inventoried. Duplicate files (same content in multiple places) were identified and grouped.
For each file we extracted the counterparty, contract type, effective and end dates, and working language. Scanned-only PDFs and bilingual Arabic documents were read with vision OCR.
Every file was moved into a new structure: Division → OEM, mirroring your Agencies Tracker. Files for OEMs that aren't in your Tracker are surfaced separately. Original filenames are preserved.
Sorted by urgency: rows with no paper first, then expired, then near-expiry, then active. Click any folder link to open the organized destination on Drive.

Counterparties extracted from real documents that don't match any of the 54 Tracker rows. Mix of OEMs that should be added to the registry and entities (Ministry stamps, side contracts) that don't belong there. All filed under _Unmatched/ in the organized folder.
